doctor’s advice to make sure they bring their blood pressure

Why? Because it is essentially painless,
until it is too late that is why.
High blood pressure is the silent
killer

Most doctors agree that high blood pressure is
usually caused by one of the 3 “S`s”. That is: Do you smoke? Do
you take too much salt, or are you under a bit of Stress (Who

Salt First: In order for
your body to excrete the salt you will need more water in your
system. The salt in your body must be diluted. By the time you
you become to the pension age, (And there is no problem with
that) you will need extra water to dilute the salt in your
body.
But do not drink pint after pint of water to
dilute the salt, eat more salads and water bearing
foods.
PS, cut down
on the salt anyway.
Stop
Smoking. Full Stop… Cop yourself on and stop
smoking once and for all.
Stress.
Now this is a different question altogether, no problem with
cutting out the salt and never buy another cigarette, but how
do you control your stress? That’s the million-dollar
question.
So where are we in the problem of reducing your
blood pressure?: You are reducing your salt intake, you have
stopped smoking, so all you have to do now is be less
stressful.
Today the doctors call stress
“Hypertension” and they will give you a pill
to calm you down.
We, you and I do not believe in
“PILLS” to calm us down, instead we believe in
the natural way to alleviate our stress levels, and the way we
do that is good nutrition, exercise and a daily supplement of
Omega-3 fatty acids.
Omega-3 can help in your stress control, we all
need a certain amount of stress, infact stress is good for you,
you just need to control and understand
it.
However if you are going to control your stress
with Omega-3 supplements make sure you do yourself
justice.
Which
Omega-3?
Omega-3 essential fatty acids have long been
recognised for their significant health benefits. Clinical
studies have determined that the main benefits are derived from
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and to a lesser extent EPA
(Eicosapentaenoic Acid).
Although you will receive various health
benefits from Omega 3`s when taken from plant sources such as
flax seed, you may miss out on the special benefits from DHA
and EPA. This is because your body has to convert the Omega 3`s
into DHA and EPA.
If your health is compromised in any
way, or you are elderly this conversion process may not take
place.
